How our Process Works: Activation Form → Setup & Discovery → Service Plan Billing
Activation Form (Feasibility Review)
To get started, you’ll submit our activation form. We review it to confirm your project is feasible, validate technical details, and spot any potential issues (like incompatible CRMs or software integrations).
If we determine the project can’t move forward and no viable solution exists, you are not charged anything. Once approved, the Setup & Discovery fee is charged and work begins.
Setup & Discovery
Every custom AI agent begins with a one-time $600 Setup & Discovery investment, only charged after your activation form is approved.
Our Setup & Discovery process typically takes 2-4 full days. During this time, we also manually process and structure key files so the AI agent can retrieve information in ~500ms, resulting in faster, more accurate responses in real conversations.
Service Plan Billing (After Setup & Discovery)
After Setup & Discovery, your selected service plan fee is billed in two installments: 50% at the start of development and 50% upon delivery.
I don't see a feature list, what can Auracy do for me?
We don’t publish an exhaustive feature list because every AI agent is built around your specific needs. Listing every possible capability often creates unnecessary complexity. Instead, your agent is designed with the exact features that matter to your business. If you have questions or specific requirements, we’re always happy to discuss them with you.
Do I need to install something or create an account?
No, and that’s by design.
Auracy doesn’t add another app, dashboard, or account for your team to manage. We provide an AI voice agent via a phone number that can answer calls, support your customers, and represent your business.
There’s nothing to install, and no username and password to keep track of. Your team doesn’t need to learn new tools or change how they work. Support is simple and personal, handled through authorized contacts, so getting help is always easy.
If you choose not to receive immediate call reports, you’ll still receive a summary of your calls with your monthly invoice. That report clearly breaks down call activity and explains exactly where charges come from and why, so billing is always transparent and easy to understand.
It’s designed to feel less like adding software and more like adding a reliable team member.
